Having owned & renovated several homes whilst working in the Building, Construction, Hardware and Property maintenance industries for 30 years, you accrue a wealth of knowledge & experience. You learn to deal with unexpected issues, solve these issues, learn a variety of skills essential to getting projects and/or builds completed. Through these experiences you become very confident in your abilities and skill set and can tackle any project. At the end you stand back and take pride in the work accomplished. Even now I am building my own home, not my first but definitely my last, youth is not on my side, but experience is. Experience only achieved by being hands on for many, many years.
